What is a customers worth in today's world

Gone are the days when every company say customers are always right, nowadays the only one that is right is the producer of the goods. It is like sellers have forgotten that every consumer who is buying something from you has an individual rights. But then how can they tell when so many other rules have indeed covered the little ones that mean so much to the people. Many have forgotten the consumer rights act 1979, it seem to be off existence now. Back in those years, the consumer has every right to take any seller to court and they both get a fair judgment but now who cares anymore? The only thing that really matters to buyers is getting their product off the market by all means, not caring about a customer&rsquos feeling. Though not all are like that because there will always be an exception in everything but majority have really taken the uncaring attitude towards their customers. I really wish those rights will be enforced again so consumers can have their rights while still getting
